Running Workouts

I don’t miss a single one of my ipod running workouts. I have a special playlist just for my running workouts. When I play that playlist, I am encouraged to run faster for a longer period of time by a coach right in my ear. I definitely love the feeling of running and the exhilaration it gives to me. I cannot wait to be able to reach the goals I have set for myself so I can finally join that 13 mile marathon. I have a feeling it won’t be long until I am qualified to join. What a good way to train!
