Passing the NCLEX-RN Exam to Become a Registered Nurse

All states in U.S. and other countries require nursing students to take and pass the NCLEX-RN exam which grants license or certification. States don’t permit most nurses who haven’t passed the exam to render service in most healthcare facilities. It is highly required that all Registered Nurses must be licensed or certified. To fully become a Registered Nurse, they should pass the exam which is developed and administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. NCLEX exam is meant to assess the skills, knowledge and abilities of nursing students who have graduated from accredited nursing programs. If in case they fail, they can always register again and apply for another examination.
