I Wear Long LAtex Gloves to Clean My Oven

One of my least favorite jobs is to clean the interior of the stove. I am slightly allergic to the chemicals in the cleaners, and my skin gets burned on contact. I always have to wear my special pair of long latex gloves when I tackle this job. I keep thinking how nice it would be to have a self-cleaning stove, but the fact of the matter is that my old one works just fine. It would be silly to ask for a new one just because I hate to clean the oven. Anyway, as long as I remember to put on my long gloves, I can get through this task pretty easily.
