A Great Deal

I just got a great deal for a house in Colorado. It’s spacious, elegant and it’s near a very good school for my kids. It’s just perfect to where my kids could grow-up. I was curious as to why the previous owner would want to give this up. I was informed that the wife filed for a Denver DivorceDenver divorce and the ex-couples are moving out of the state. I felt bad about it as they weren’t able to make their relationship work. If they were still together though, we’d still be cramp in the apartment that we own. There’s always a good thing for every bad one, isn’t it?
