My Husband Said We Need To Consider hvac maintenance

When our air conditioner went out on us in the middle of July this summer, we thought it was just about the worst timing ever.  With the temperature at over 100 degrees and the humidity very nearly as high, it was absolutely sweltering and miserable.  We had to move into a hotel for a few days until we could get it fixed, in fact.  Following that, my husband said that we needed to consider regular hvac maintenance because it could have helped avoid this whole mess.  I was heartily in agreement with him and got on the phone that very day to schedule it.
