stay away from stress

daily strress and high create high levels of dangerous cortisol in your body. i know that from pwesional experience. this can cause you to gain fat fast. the lower ab fat that i can not get rid of i think is because my stress and cortisol levels are soo high. stress can also lead to heart attack and stroke. you can lower your levels of cortisol by just getting some exercise and eating good foods like vegetables that your body needs. your body does not need white flour and sugar. that is for sure . i try to mstaty away from them both. it is a way to flatten my stomach.
