One person could weigh 200 pounds and have a BMI of 15 while another person could weigh 200 pounds and have a BMI of 30. You are considered underweight if your BMI is 18.5 or less. You are considered overweight if your BMI is 25 to 29.9. And you are considered obese if your BMI is 30.0 or higher.
