A Good Rotisserie Motor Makes a Big Difference

2:43 am Food and Drink

My neighbor Stephen loves to smoke meats. I remember setting up my new special-made grill to order. He looked at the motor in my hand and said, “What is that thing for?” I replied that it was my rotisserie motor. I told him it was a little bigger and heavier than the average motor but well worth the cost. No dragging and slowing down if the meat should flip and flop. This motor will keep it moving consistently and you can set the rotation speed. He responded, “Still nothing like smoked meat.” After Saturday’s dinner together he asked where he could buy a grill with rotisserie like mine.
