In exchange for your gift of cash or marketable securities to the WUSA Endowment Fund, we agree to pay you and a survivor (or other beneficiary) a fixed amount annually for your lifetime(s). The transfer is part gift and part purchase of an annuity. The rate of return is attractive and the payments are guaranteed for life. There are several types of Life Income Agreements. Among them are Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Annuity Trusts, and Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, all of which are described in detail in this web site. There are several other types of Life Income Agreements which our Fund Managers will be happy to discuss with you in confidence.
